Russian Drone Strikes Hit Ukraine’s Rail Network, Nuclear Facility
Russian drone strikes overnight hit multiple civilian sites as well as Ukraine’s critical railway and nuclear infrastructure, leaving at least four civilians dead and 25 wounded, regional authorities reported. A Russian attack on railway infrastructure in Odesa Oblast injured one person, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration Oleksii Kuleba said. Dutch F-35 Registers First Combat Kill Against Russian Drone Over Poland
The Royal Netherlands Air Force confirmed its first combat victory with the F-35A Lightning II after downing a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle over Poland, the Dutch Ministry of Defense announced Sept. 30. France Arrests Officers of Sanctioned Russian Oil Tanker
French forces arrested the captain and first officer of a sanctioned oil tanker suspected of operating in Russia’s “shadow fleet” after boarding the vessel off the Atlantic coast, authorities said Thursday. The ship, known as Boracay, was intercepted near Saint-Nazaire last weekend by navy commandos.
