OpenAI and Anthropic Investigate Tens of Thousands of Rogue-Agent Incidents

OpenAI and Anthropic are investigating tens of thousands of incidents involving AI agents bypassing safety controls and taking unauthorized actions, according to Axios.

Terror Plot at U.K. Military Base Housing U.S. Bombers Foiled, Five Arrested

British police arrested five men near RAF Fairford on Sunday on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act after three suspicious vans were reported heading toward the U.S.-operated base.

Authorities have not publicly identified the suspects or disclosed details of the arrests. They also have not confirmed whether explosives were found. RAF Fairford hosts U.S. bombers and U-2 reconnaissance aircraft and has supported U.S. strikes against Iran this year. (Read More)

Hypersonic Blackbeard Missile Flies on a Navy Super Hornet for the First Time

The U.S. Navy released footage showing two Castelion Blackbeard hypersonic missiles carried by an F/A-18E/F Super Hornet. No details were provided, but TWZ described the footage as clear evidence that the missile is now “deep in flight testing.”

Blackbeard is a long-range hypersonic strike missile designed to engage land and maritime targets. Its speed and operational range have not been publicly disclosed. (Read More)
