Ukrainian Drones Hit Russian Migalovo Airbase in Tver Oblast

Ukrainian long-range drones reportedly struck the Migalovo airbase near the Russian city of Tver, more than 500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, on Sunday. According to Astra, the governor of the Tver region, Igor Rudenya, confirmed the attack, saying that five drones were shot down. He also said that there was no damage to infrastructure and no casualties. (Read More)


Israel to Occupy 75% of Gaza in Expanded Offensive Against Hamas

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Sunday announced plans to seize 75 percent of the Gaza Strip within two months, escalating its military campaign against Hamas. According to Israeli estimates, the military currently controls around 40 percent of Gaza. The new plan seeks to expand that control by occupying key areas in the north and south, including Rafah, Khan Younis, and towns north of Gaza City. (Read More)


Russia Bombards Ukraine as Largest Prisoner Swaps Continue

Russia launched a massive drone and missile assault on Ukraine from Saturday night into Sunday morning, killing at least 18 people and injuring 85, even as the largest prisoner exchange continued. Ukraine’s Air Force reported that the attack affected 22 regions nationwide. In total, Russia launched 367 aerial weapons including nine Iskander ballistic missiles, 56 cruise missiles, and 298 drones. (Read More)​​

Tiberius Aerospace Unveils Supersonic Artillery Shell with 150-Kilometer Precision Strike Capability

Defense company Tiberius Aerospace, operating in both the United States (U.S.) and the United Kingdom (U.K.), unveiled a new supersonic artillery shell capable of striking targets up to 150 kilometers (km) away at the Future Artillery Conference in London earlier this week. In a press release, the company said the new 155mm ramjet extended-range precision-guided ballistic munition, called the Sceptre TRBM 155HG, can reach speeds of Mach 3.5 (about 2,700 mph) and flies as high as 65,000 feet. GAO Report Warns of Delays in Guam Missile Defense System Deployment

The Pentagon’s effort to establish a comprehensive missile defense system on Guam is at risk of falling behind schedule due to unresolved planning and organizational issues, according to a new report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO). The 42-page report, titled “Missile Defense: DOD Faces Support Challenges for Defense of Guam,” details the Defense Department’s progress and persistent challenges in developing the Guam Defense System (GDS). Man Arrested for Attempted Molotov Attack on US Embassy Branch in Israel

A dual U.S.-German citizen was charged Sunday in federal court in Brooklyn with attempting to firebomb the U.S. Embassy branch office in Tel Aviv, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ). North Korea has arrested three shipyard officials following the failed launch of a new 5,000-ton destroyer at a shipyard in Chongjin, state media reported Sunday. The warship was being launched during a ceremony at the northeastern port of Chongjin on Wednesday when a support cradle at the stern gave way, causing the vessel to tilt and crush parts of its hull.
