Israeli Embassy Employees Shot and Killed Outside Jewish Museum in D.C.

Police have charged a man with murder after he shot and killed two Israeli Embassy employees outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington D.C. on Wednesday night. The suspect, identified as Elias Rodriguez, 31, was arrested at the scene after he shot the victims, identified as Yaron Lischinsky, 30, an Israeli citizen, and Sarah Lynn Milgrim, 26, an American, several times, even after they fell. Top Maoist Rebel Leader Killed in India’s Largest Anti-Insurgency Push in Years

Indian security forces have killed at least 27 Maoist rebels, including the Communist Party of India (Maoist) General Secretary Nambala Keshava Rao, also known as Basavaraju, during a major crackdown in Chhattisgarh state. Dubbed “Operation Kagar,” the offensive, launched on May 19, took place in the forests of the Karrigatta hills along the Chhattisgarh-Telangana border, with over 10,000 soldiers deployed. Israeli Troops Disguised as Palestinian Women Kill Militant Group Leader in Covert Operation in Gaza

Israeli special forces killed Ahmad Kamel Sarhan, a leader in the Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), during a covert operation in Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip early Monday. According to sources in Gaza, the unit entered the area in trucks loaded with mattresses and food, disguised as displaced civilians. Some soldiers were reportedly dressed in female clothing and carried bags filled with blankets to conceal weapons. (Read More)

Kim Jong Un Blasts Officials After Destroyer Damaged in Botched Launch

North Korea’s newest warship was badly damaged in a failed launch this week, state media reported Thursday. The 5,000-ton destroyer was being launched at the northeastern port of Chongjin when a support cradle on the stern slipped, causing the ship to tilt and crush parts of its bottom.
