Penza Governor Oleg Melnichenko confirmed the fire, with dozens of firefighters responding to the scene. The attack follows a strike one day earlier on the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Krasnodar region, continuing Ukraine's expanding campaign against Russian energy infrastructure. (Read More)
