Feds Recover AI Executive ‘Kill List’ From Suspect Charged in Molotov Attack on Sam Altman's Home

Federal prosecutors charged 20-year-old Daniel Moreno-Gama with attempted murder and arson over an April 10 Molotov attack on OpenAI CEO Sam Altman’s San Francisco home.

During his arrest, investigators recovered a document titled “Your Last Warning,” which listed the names and addresses of AI executives and investors he allegedly intended to target. The document warned of humanity’s “impending extinction” from AI and ended with a letter to Altman: “If by some miracle you live, then I would take this as a sign from the divine to redeem yourself.” (Read More)


U.S. Declares Naval Blockade on Iran Effective, Turns Back Six Vessels in First 24 Hours

The U.S. Central Command said six merchant vessels complied with U.S. orders to turn around within the first 24 hours of a newly declared blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, which applies to ships traveling to and from Iranian ports.

According to reports, at least four other vessels, including some departing Iranian ports and others under U.S. sanctions, were tracked transiting the strait around the time the blockade began. It remains unclear whether they passed before the order took effect or had U.S. authorization. (Read More)


Ukraine Secretly Launched Rockets Into Space From a Transport Aircraft

Ukraine has reportedly conducted rocket launches from a transport aircraft under a covert program aimed at deploying satellites without relying on traditional spaceports.

A Ukrainian lawmaker said the move is part of the country’s development of Space Forces to expand Ukraine’s satellite-based intelligence and communications and counter Russia’s “Oreshnik” missile system. (Read More)

Pauls Valley High School Principal Kirk Moore was shot in the leg after tackling a 20-year-old former student armed with a firearm inside the Oklahoma school. No students were injured, and the gunman was detained, according to the Garvin County Sheriff. (Read More)
