South Korea Says 4,700 North Korean Troops Killed or Injured Fighting for Russia

South Korea’s intelligence agency reported that approximately 4,700 North Korean soldiers have been killed or wounded while fighting alongside Russian forces in Ukraine. The National Intelligence Service (NIS) disclosed the figure in a closed door meeting on Wednesday, following Russia and North Korea’s confirmation earlier this week that North Korean troops have been deployed to Ukraine to assist Russia in regaining control of the Kursk region. North Korea Tests Supersonic Missiles from New Warship ‘Choe Hyon’

North Korea tested weapons from its new 5,000-ton warship, the Choe Hyon, earlier this week, launching missiles and artillery during drills off the country's west coast, according to state-run media outlet Korean Central News Agency (KCNA). UK Joins US in Airstrikes on Houthi Drone Sites in Yemen

British fighter jets joined U.S. forces in airstrikes on Houthi targets in Yemen late Tuesday, marking the United Kingdom’s (U.K.) first involvement in an American-led bombing campaign against the group. According to the U.K. Ministry of Defence, Royal Air Force Typhoon jets, supported by Voyager air tankers, struck a group of buildings about 15 miles south of Sanaa. The ministry said the site was used by the Houthis to manufacture drones used in attacks on ships in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. (Read More)​​
