Ukraine Downs Two Russian Fighter Jets Using Drone Boats Armed with US Missiles

Ukraine said it has shot down two Russian Su-30S fighter jets over the Black Sea using drone boats armed with U.S.-made AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles. According to Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (GUR), the operation was carried out on Friday near the Russian port of Novorossiysk and involved three Magura-7 drone boats. A video posted online shows one of the jets crashing into the sea, while the second was also reportedly struck. (Read More)


Houthi Missile Strikes Near Tel Aviv Airport; Netanyahu Vows Retaliation

A missile launched from Yemen by Iran-backed Houthi rebels struck near Ben Gurion International Airport on Sunday morning, prompting a brief suspension of airport operations. According to reports, the missile landed in a grassy area near Terminal 3, damaging sections of the road and creating a deep crater near the parking lot. Israeli emergency services reported eight injuries, four from the blast and four while seeking shelter. (Read More)​​​​


Airstrikes on South Sudan Hospital Kill at Least Seven

At least seven people were killed early Saturday when a hospital run by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in Old Fangak, South Sudan, was bombed in an airstrike. The attack destroyed the hospital’s pharmacy and all medical supplies. MSF reported that the strike began at around 4 a.m. when helicopter gunships targeted the hospital, the only medical facility in Fangak County. A drone strike then hit a nearby market. Israeli Strikes on Syrian Air Defenses Caught on Video

Footage released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) shows Israeli fighter jets striking air defense systems and other military installations in southwestern Syria. According to the IDF, the operation, carried out overnight on Friday, involved 12 Israeli Air Force jets targeting dozens of sites, including "anti-aircraft artillery and a surface-to-air missile platform.” (Read More)


Ukraine to Receive Additional Patriot Air Defense Systems from Israel and Europe

Ukraine is set to receive two additional U.S.-made Patriot air defense systems by the summer of 2025, according to a New York Times report published on Sunday. One of the incoming systems is an older model based in Israel, known as the MIM-104D “Yahalom.”The Times said it will be refurbished, likely in the U.S., before being delivered to Ukraine. The upgrade includes new software, parts replacement, and system testing. Once ready, it will be shipped to Europe, and Ukrainian troops will likely train on it in Germany. (Read More)


Anduril Begins Mass Production of Roadrunner Interceptor Drone

U.S. Defense technology company Anduril Industries has started large-scale production of its Roadrunner loitering interceptor, a drone designed to quickly launch and stop airborne threats. The company released a photo showing dozens of Roadrunner units, confirming the system has moved from testing to full manufacturing. (Read More)
